DeKalb
County Fair
Fort
Payne, AL
Sponsored
by WQSB Country 105.1
This
is what I remember that a fair should
be
like. There
were people lined up for
blocks
to get in the
gate. Kids, Parents,
and
Grand Parents all going
to the fair.
It
brought back old memories.
But
best of all, they seemed to all be
country
music fans.
Thanks to everyone
that
stopped by for
a listen at the
Entertainment
Stage. Many
thanks to

Riverfest

Musical
Extravangza
Opening
for The Marshall Tucker Band
What
a treat, with beautiful weather,
the
largest crowd ever (over 5,000)
attended
Riverfest this year at it's new
location
at Ingall's Harbor.
All
the fans were "geared up"
(I
guess we can call it that)
and
the music was great. We all had a
blast
playing good old Merle Haggard
songs,
to the crowds delight.
Getting
to meet all the guys from
Marshall
Tucker backstage just
capped
off the evening.
Thanks
to everyone who came out
and
enjoyed the night with us.
See
ya next year.

The
Mountain Valley Arts Council
presents
A
Lakeside Concert
with
Jeff & The Old Barn Band
So
great to see all the friendly folks
from
Guntersville, come out and hear
a
great night of music.
They
had a variety of tunes thrown
at
them over the course of the 2 hour
show,
and I think they loved them all.
They
even got to hear one Christmas
song,
which hopefully cooled them down
from
the 100 degree heat.
Hope
to see you all again next year. |
